1. Purpose
This page describes the procedure that any individual (the "Data Subject") may follow to request the deletion of their personal data from systems operated by Jeziel Leira, acting under the trade name Workflow507 ("we", the "Company"), in compliance with Law 81 of March 26, 2019 on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Panama and the requirements of Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business API).
2. Data covered by the request
Deletion may cover, depending on the case:
- Contact data submitted through forms on workflow507.com.
- Conversations, metadata, and contacts initiated via WhatsApp with our official numbers through the WhatsApp Business API.
- Interactions from Facebook or Instagram linked to our Meta application.
- Account and usage data generated by Workflow507 SaaS products.
- Billing records, except those Workflow507 is required to retain by tax, accounting, or judicial law.
3. How to request deletion
The Data Subject may choose either of the following channels:
- By email: send a message to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
- By WhatsApp: write to +507 6780-3613 indicating that you wish to exercise your right of erasure.
The request must include:
- Full name of the Data Subject.
- Email or phone number used when interacting with our services.
- Name of the application or product where the data was generated (website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, a specific SaaS product).
- If the request comes from a Meta platform, the User ID or identifier provided by the platform (optional, speeds up processing).
To verify the identity of the Data Subject, we may request reasonable additional information before proceeding with deletion, pursuant to Article 19 of Law 81 of 2019.
4. Response time
- We will confirm receipt of the request within a maximum of five (5) business days.
- Effective deletion will be completed within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from identity verification.
- Upon completion, the Data Subject will receive a confirmation through the same channel used for the request.
5. Limitations and exceptions
Workflow507 may retain certain data even after processing a deletion request, only in the following cases:
- Legal, tax, accounting, or claim-defense obligations (for the minimum periods required by Panamanian law).
- Fraud prevention, platform security, or compliance with judicial or administrative orders.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify the Data Subject.
In such cases, data will be blocked and accessed only by strictly necessary personnel.
6. Data stored by third parties
As data controller, Workflow507 will delete data stored in its own systems and, where technically feasible, instruct its processors (Supabase, Make, Resend, Railway, Cloudflare, Google, and Meta) to proceed accordingly. Information managed directly by Meta Platforms, Inc. (such as your Facebook/Instagram/WhatsApp profile) is governed by its own policies; you may complement your request directly at:
7. Supervisory authority
If you consider that your request has not been properly handled, you may file a complaint before the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI) of the Republic of Panama.
8. Prevailing language
This page is available in Spanish and English. In the event of any discrepancy, divergence, or conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail, as Spanish is the official language of the Republic of Panama and the applicable jurisdiction.
