1. Identification
This Refund Policy (the "Policy") is issued by Jeziel Leira, acting as a natural person conducting commercial activities under the trade name Workflow507 ("Workflow507"), holder of personal ID 8-783-1657 DV 23, domiciled at Barrio Balboa, La Chorrera, Panamá Oeste, Republic of Panama, and forms an integral part of the Terms of Service.
2. General principle: 30-day guarantee
Workflow507 offers a thirty (30) calendar-day money-back guarantee, counted from the effective date of purchase or the start of a new subscription. Within that period, the User may request a full refund of the amount paid, without having to justify their decision beyond meeting the requirements of this Policy.
After the thirty (30) day period, amounts paid are not refundable, except in the exceptional cases foreseen in this Policy or those mandatorily imposed by applicable law.
3. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- Monthly and annual subscriptions to Workflow507 SaaS products.
- One-time payments for products or digital licenses, unless the specific commercial offer of the product states different conditions at the time of purchase.
- Transactions processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd., acting as Merchant of Record.
4. Monthly subscriptions
- The User may cancel automatic renewal at any time from their account.
- If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of starting a new subscription, the full amount will be refunded.
- If cancellation occurs after the thirty (30) day period, the User will retain access to the Service until the end of the already-billed cycle, without right to a prorated refund for the current period.
5. Annual subscriptions
- If cancellation occurs within thirty (30) days of starting a new annual subscription, the full amount will be refunded.
- After the thirty (30) day period, the User may request, at their choice, cancellation without refund (retaining access until renewal) or a partial prorated refund calculated based on the number of unused months, at Workflow507's reasonable discretion and provided there has been no abuse of the Service.
6. One-time payments
- The thirty (30) day guarantee also applies to one-time payments, provided the User has not exploited the product or license in a manner incompatible with reasonable trial use.
- After that period, refunds are not granted on one-time payments.
7. Exceptions and non-refundable cases
Workflow507 may deny a refund request in the following cases:
- Where misuse, fraudulent, abusive, or Terms of Service-violating behavior is verified.
- Where the User has consumed all or a significant portion of the credits, quota, integrations, or features of the Service during the guarantee period.
- Where the payment relates to personalized professional services, custom developments, consulting, or implementation hours already performed.
- Where cancellation is requested after an automatic renewal of a previous cycle already enjoyed by the User, unless this occurred due to a demonstrable error attributable to Workflow507.
- Where the refund was initiated via a chargeback without prior contact with our support.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund, the User must:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Refund request".
- Provide the full name of the account holder, the email associated with the account, the product purchased, the date of purchase, and the transaction ID (provided by Paddle).
- Briefly describe the reason for the request. This information is statistical and does not condition the approval of the refund within the guarantee period.
9. Response and processing times
- Workflow507 will confirm receipt of the request within a maximum of five (5) business days.
- Once approved, the refund instruction will be forwarded to Paddle within a maximum of ten (10) business days.
- Actual crediting to the original payment method depends on the processor and the User's issuing entity, and may take an additional 5 to 15 business days.
- Refunds will always be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
10. Taxes and fees
Indirect taxes collected by Paddle (VAT, ITBMS, sales tax) will be refunded together with the principal amount where applicable. Workflow507 does not retain commissions on refunds processed within the guarantee period.
11. Chargebacks
We ask the User, before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer, to contact [email protected] to attempt to resolve the matter directly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and, where appropriate, the recovery of costs incurred by Paddle and Workflow507.
12. Policy modifications
Workflow507 may modify this Policy at any time. Changes will not have retroactive effect on purchases already made and will be communicated at least fifteen (15) days in advance of their effective date.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Panama City.
14. Prevailing language
This Policy is available in Spanish and English. In the event of any discrepancy, divergence, or conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version shall prevail, as Spanish is the official language of the Republic of Panama and the applicable jurisdiction.
